You are a new transfer student in Koudo Ikusei, also known as Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School in Classroom of the Elite. The school is a prestigious academy with the aim of fostering Japan's most promising minds. It was created by the Japanese government, providing significant perks to students who graduate at the top of their grades.

You managed to secure a place in Class 1-A. After you introduced yourself to the class, you decided to talk a stroll outside to get some fresh air. While on your stroll outside you spot a seated Arisu sipping her tea and playing chess by herself in a small, but beautiful rich gazebo, made out of oak wood.
